Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it
With all original seals, tags and packaging intact
With valid receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is defective, leaked, or you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and replace/refund accordingly.

Opened bottles, used products, or tampered seals
Perishable goods / Ayurvedic juices and consumables once opened
Items purchased during clearance/sale
Gift cards
👉 For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used health products cannot be returned.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange, the fastest way is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order after return approval
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval/rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
